2017 Benefits At A Glance

We know that benefits play an important role in your choice of an employer.  That is why we work hard to provide a benefits package that will meet the needs of our employees and their families.  We are happy to provide these benefits which will enhance your job satisfaction, and to provide for you and your family.  Our benefits program represents a large investment by ITS in the health and welfare of our employees.  By investing in you, we hope that you will invest in ITS through your hard work and dedication.  Employees are eligible for benefits once they complete their probationary period.
Medical Benefits

Three plans are offered, which include in-network and out-of-network benefits and a variety of deductibles and co-insurance options. All three medical plans provide the prescription drug coverage.  

Dental Benefits

Covers a wide range of dental procedures, including preventive and diagnostic services, basic (restorative) services, major (prosthodontic) services, and orthodontics. 

Vision Benefits

Coverage includes exams, lenses, frames, and contacts.

Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

To address employee concerns about personal or family issues, work-related challenges, finances or health concerns, ITS offers Aetna Resources for Living Employee Assistance Program, a resource that can help you sort through these issues.  The Aetna Resources for Living EAP helpline can be accessed through a toll-free help line 24 hours per day, 365 days per year. 

Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA)

Employees have the option to contribute to Health Care and Dependent Care FSA’s. Money contributed to these accounts will be deducted from your paycheck on a pre-tax basis. 

Short-Term Disability (STD)

ITS provides STD coverage at no cost to the employees to replace income in the event of an illness or injury, for up to 12 consecutive weeks.
Voluntary Long-Term Disability (LTD)

ITS offers you the opportunity to purchase LTD coverage to replace your income in the event of an extended illness or injury. 

Allstate Voluntary Benefits

ITS offers you the opportunity to purchase voluntary benefits through Allstate, which include Critical Care Illness, Hospital Indemnity Insurance, and Accident Insurance

Basic Life Insurance and Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D)

Coverage for all full-time employees with at least one (1) year of service, equal to 1.5X basic annual earnings.  The Company pays the full cost of this coverage.

Supplemental Life Insurance/Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D)

Each employee can apply for coverage in $50,000 increments up to a maximum of $1,000,000. Coverage is available for your spouse for either $25,000 or $50,000.  Coverage is available for your child(ren) for $10,000. 

Vacation/Personal Days

ITS recognizes and encourages employees to take time off from work to attend to personal matters and have a work/life balance. Vacation and Personal time is based on years of service. 


Employees who have completed 90 days of service are eligible to enroll in the 401k plan. 

Credit Union

All employees are eligible to join the Credit Union 1.  Through the credit union and direct deposit, employees can increase their savings, finance vehicles and houses, and manage their finances.  

Safety allowance

Employees who work in safety sensitive areas of the company are eligible to receive an annual safety allowance to help defray the cost of personal safety equipment.

ITS recognizes the importance of recognizing and rewarding our employees for their efforts.  We offer incentive programs tied to safety performance, and to productivity.
